About Us

Navaraga Corporation

Navaraga is the name of the company that developed Kamune. Navaraga has offices in Bellevue, WA, USA (a suburb of Seattle) and in Hyderabad, India. It was started by Raja Abburi, a former Microsoft executive. A variety of very talented individuals drive the innovation at Navaraga.

What's in a name? Nava in Sanskrit means "new, fresh and modern". Raga means "that which colors the mind" (although the modern popular meaning refers to musical melodies). Navaraga therefore means "something new which colors the mind." In our case this refers to new experiences and ways of interacting with one another.

We chose Kamune as the name for the service in order to represent several notions (commune, communicate, community, etc...). Our goal is to help people connect and communicate more effectively by bringing them together online for efficient collaboration.
